As the Director of Laughter Yoga USA.org, the first non-profit Laughter Yoga organization in North America, I am inviting you to attend on of our upcoming in-person Days of Laughter. We have two exciting events coming up – one on the West Coast, followed by an East Coast event.

Our organization was  established as an informational and educational source for the public and as a resource and support for Laughter Yoga professionals and laughter club members and enthusiasts. Our goal is to spread more laughter throughout all communities.

Meet LY USA’s  Educator Relief Squad (ERS) , who’s Laughter for Well-Being in the Classroom and Beyond is helping educators as well as students enhance the learning environment. Children who grow up laughing, learning and using these “laughter coping skills” can carry them into their adulthood and become less stressed, more resilient and more joyful individuals. The earlier we expose young hearts and minds to this amazing laughter program, a.k.a. Laughter Yoga, the more empowered they become.

Similarly, more health care professionals (nurses, therapists, social workers, doctors, recreational therapists, health coaches, wellness motivators etc.) are becoming Certified Laughter Yoga Leaders and Teachers, which will certainly benefit  1) them for their personal health 2) their families and friends 3) their work life and fellow staff  4) their clients  5) the ripple effect that they will create in any of these communities.

Visit us regularly to find out about upcoming programs and interviews with Laughter Yoga pros who are doing excellent work in various fields. This Fall, we will be interviewing someone who specializes with Laughter Yoga & Dementia.

As always, we welcome your questions, comments and volunteering! We are looking to infuse our organization with new ideas and as we move forward, we want this organization to be a place where you can also make an impact.

United we Laugh,

Alexa
