You are! Take care of yourself so that you are able to extend yourself towards others.

If things aren’t going well, go easy on yourself. Give yourself a little pep talk – in gibberish. We learn from our mistakes and sometimes it takes many tries to get things right. Laugh and learn.

Remember not to take things so seriously and to see the lighter side of things. Breathe in…. breathe out, slow down and take the time you need to enjoy the calm.

Wintertime is a wonderful “take time for yourself” season. After the frenzy of the holiday season, I love the slower pace of early January. Easy does it.
